Planning a Retreat, Family Reunion or Special Event? Following is helpful information concerning fees and usage:

Meal Fee: 

There will be a cost of $6.00 per meal prepared by the camp staff. The camp will not provide meals for groups of less than 25.

For Retreats wanting to prepare their own meals, the dining hall charge is $150 per day.

If a group wishes to rent only the Dining Hall for a day retreat or reunion, the cost will be $275 per day.

Retreat Fee:

· 1st Night: There will be a minimum of $175 for the first 25 campers, then a fee of $6 per person for all above 25

· Following nights will be charged at a straight $6 per person

Deposits:

A deposit of $175 will be required to secure the scheduled retreat dates. This deposit will go toward the final bill and the remaining charges are due at the end of the retreat.

Schedule for Refund of Deposits in case of Cancellation:

· If cancelled prior to 4 weeks of the retreat, a full refund will be granted

· If cancelled between 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the retreat, a 50% refund will be granted

· If cancelled less than two weeks before the retreat, no refund will be granted

Camp Usage:

First priority will always be given to churches of Christ. Those groups who use the camp on a yearly basis will be given first priority for the next year, but must have the date secured with a deposit at least four weeks prior to the event. Non-church groups will be allowed to use the camp if available. No religious groups other than churches of Christ will be allowed to use the facilities.
